Hands-On Training Football - Size 7

Hand positions and finger spreads are indicated on ball (blue for left hand, red for right hand) to show proper placement for passing. Graphics are sized for age and skill. Alternating high-optic orange and yellow panels provide feedback of a correctly thrown spiral. Instructions are shown directly on the ball. Larger ball has basic position and Advanced Position graphics. Advanced Position has wider spread, with index finger pointing to the ball's tip. This is the position preferred by High School and Professional Quaterbacks.
